Got to love it, well, OK as the one NOT going back to school, it’s easy for me to love the start of the school year. For my Eldest son, it’s a slightly different story.  I don’t think he absolutely hates the idea of being back at that place were they make him learn stuff.  He just wishes he could get rid of the work, the tests, the homework.  I think he’d be happy with a social experience, with lunch and gym…. Actually, I’d go back if that was the case

I do have to wonder though, is the school “system” really the best way to educate kids.  This is not a “lash out question” about failures in education, just generally wandering along my favored topic of: could we make this better.

Now we get to the point where I have trouble keeping up with blogging, where I sit here for a hour planing out a “grand” idea.  So I think I’m just going to post this and stop and think about, instead of sitting here for a hour, and not actually posting anything at all for 6 months.
